Club Policy on Fees, and Payment of Fees

As follows this Park Elite Volleyball's Policy on Payment of Fees:

Once a player has been selected, and has signed their athlete waiver form for the year, they are legally bound to the team they signed up for. Once that happens, the player is responsible for the fees for the whole season. The balance of fees MUST be paid at the appropriate deadlines set up by the club coach/manager/treasurer.

All fees must be paid prior to the athlete competing in any tournaments representing Park Elite Volleyball unless otherwise agreed upon by both the team and club.

There are absolutely no fee refunds. Once a player commits to a program or team season it is expected that the player will complete the season.  If a player withdraws, we are unable to give a refund because it would put the financial burden on the remaining members of the team. Therefore, that is why it is a responsibility of the athlete (the athletes family) to pay the remaining fees, within one week of leaving the team.
